Data deletion instructions

What we can delete

This covers the information you gave us through our website, our forms, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Messenger, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, company, phone number, email address, form answers, messages and the campaign details recorded with your enquiry.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your full name and the email address or phone number you used when you contacted us, so we can find your records.
3. If you signed in or connected with Facebook, also tell us the name on your Facebook account.

What happens next

We will confirm we received your request within 3 working days and delete your information from our systems within 30 days. We will email you once it is done. We may keep a minimal record only where the law requires us to, such as invoices for clients.

Removing Facebook access

If you connected your Facebook account to one of our apps, you can also remove it yourself: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find our app and select Remove. Then email us as above so we delete any data we already received.
